I-RUNNER Women's Eliza Leather & Mesh Walking Shoes - Lightweight Comfortable Sneakers for Walking, Running & Daily Wear

I have ordered the iRunner Sophia for years in the same size. I thought I would like a change up in the color from black to blue. The blue is a very pretty color. But the shoe is just not as comfortable as the Sophia. I will go back to the SophiaThis is my second pair of I-Runner shoes. I wore the I-Runner Sophia for walking and hiking for years and recently decided to replace my old, worn-out pair with the Eliza because I wanted a change of color. As far as I can tell, the Eliza is made off the same last as the Sophia since the fit for both feels exactly the same. If you have a wide forefoot and narrow heel (classic duck feet), the Eliza is the shoe for you. I-Runners are one of a very few brands I've been able to find where an extra-wide width does not mean that the shoe will be too wide at the heel, and I truly appreciate the snug fit at the back of the shoe. My only complaint, and the reason that I have not given 5 stars, is that the shoes don't feel like they have much cushioning, even when you use the manufacturer's in-sole, and I would like more. You can find an insole that will give you a more cushioned feel (which I did with my old pair of the Sophia model), but I don't feel I should have to do additional shopping to make the shoe more comfortable. I wish the manufacturer would offer more options to customize the shoe.
